Biography

Embrace Today was an American straight edge metalcore-hardcore punk band from Boston, Massachusetts. The group quickly gained traction with their single "...For the Kids", released in 1999 on Good Intention Records. Their first album, Breaking the Code of Silence, followed in 2000 under Shore's Edge Records. Embrace Today became known for their militant straight edge approach during live shows and the creation of a Fuck You I'm Edge mentality within the hardcore scene. They released several notable albums, including FxYxIxE (2001), Soldiers (2003), and We Are the Enemy (2005). Throughout their career, Embrace Today toured extensively with bands such as Bleeding Through, Champion, Bury Your Dead, Ion Dissonance, Premonitions of War, Since The Flood, and Haste the Day.
