Biography

Hiroko Anzai, born 9 February 1979 in Kanagawa, Japan, is a Japanese singer, actress and model whose early career began as a gravure idol in 1996 before transitioning to fashion modeling and music. She debuted in the music industry in 2000 with the single "True Love" released by Avex Group, followed by "Necessary" in 2001, and "Andersen" and "Let You Go" later that year; these tracks were produced by Eurobeat producer Dave Rodgers and featured collaborations with prominent Japanese artists such as Namie Amuro, MAX, and V6. Anzai’s sole studio album, ЯEAL, was issued on 28 November 2001 and showcased her electronic music style.
