Chakichi Wakatsuki, born on 28 May 1984 in Japan, began her public career as a gravure idol and variety tarento before transitioning to music. Her debut single, "Ai No Kakera", was released on 30 July 2003 under Platinum Production, marking her entry into the pop music scene. The following year, she released her second single, "Diamond ãKibou No Shirushiã", on 7 April 2004, which consolidated her presence in the Japanese pop market. Throughout her career, Wakatsuki maintained a focus on pop music, collaborating with several contemporary artists and participating in televised music programs.
