Arisa Mizuki, born 観æããã on December 5, 1976, in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese actress and singer. She began her career as a child model in the 1980s before transitioning into acting and singing. In 1991, while starring in numerous commercials, Mizuki released her debut single "Densetsu no ShÅjo" and made her film debut in ChÅshÅjo Reiko. Her breakthrough came with the release of "Kaze no Naka de", an ending theme song for the anime series Sailor Moon, and "Too Shy Shy Boy!", produced by Tetsuya Komuro. Throughout the 1990s, Mizuki released several albums including ARISA (1991), CUTE (1995), and Innocence (1999). She also starred in various films and dramas such as Shichigatsu Nanoka, Hare (1996) and Nurse no Oshigoto: The Movie (2002). In 2017, she portrayed Tomoko Higashikata in the live-action film JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable Chapter I. Mizuki commemorated her music career with albums like VINGT-CINQ ANS (2016) and Ali30 (2022). In addition to her musical endeavors, Mizuki has been involved in various charitable activities. She also voiced characters in animated films such as Doraemon: Nobita's Space Heroes (2015), Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation (2018) and its sequel Hotel Transylvania: Transformania (2022).
