The Menzingers is an American punk rock ensemble formed in 2006 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The group's lineup consisted of Greg Barnett, Tom May, Eric Keen, and Joe Godino. The ensemble released its debut eponymous demo tape in 2006. After signing with Go-Kart Records, the band released its first studio recording, A Lesson in the Abuse of Information Technology, in 2007. The group followed with the recording Chamberlain Waits in 2010 through Red Scare Records. In 2011, the ensemble signed with Epitaph Records and released the album On the Impossible Past (2012). The band's discography included the studio recordings Rented World (2014) and After the Party (2017). In 2019, the group released Hello Exile, followed by the acoustic version From Exile in 2020. The ensemble released the studio recording Some of It Was True on October 13, 2023, and the recording âNobody's Heroesâ in 2026.
