Biography

Terrorizer, an American deathgrind band from Los Angeles, California, was formed in 1985 as Unknown Death by vocalist Oscar Garcia and guitarist Jesse Pintado. The band renamed itself Terrorizer after recruiting drummer Pete Sandoval in 1986. In early 1989, Terrorizer recorded and released their debut album World Downfall with Earache Records. After a brief hiatus following Pintado's departure in 1989, the band reformed in 2005 to release Darker Days Ahead in 2006. However, the band became inactive again after Pintado's death in August 2006. Terrorizer was revived by Sandoval in 2009 and released several more albums, including Hordes of Zombies (2012) and Caustic Attack (2018). The band has undergone multiple lineup changes, with Sandoval remaining the sole constant member throughout their discography.
