Biography

Olaf Malolepski (born March 27, 1946 in Magdeburg) is a pop singer from Germany. The artist spent most of his musical career from the end of the 1960s as part of the pop band Die Flippers. After the band disbanded, Olaf Malolepski continued his career as a solo singer. The pop star's debut album Tausend rote Rosen was released in 2011. The album reaches number 16 in the German charts and goes gold. After two more albums, Olaf Malolepski made it into the top 10 of the German charts for the first time in 2017 with his fourth studio album, Thumbs Up, which reached number 4. The two albums that followed, Tausendmal ja (2018) and Fiesta (2020), even climbed to number 2 in the German album charts. After the longplayer Liebe ist (2021, number 3 in Germany), studio album number 8 followed in 2023 with Dankeschön, which again reached a top position in the German charts at number 4.
