Biography

Ohgr, an American industrial band formed in 2000 by Nivek Ogre and Mark Walk of Skinny Puppy. The band was officially formed in 2000, with their debut album Welt released in 2001. Initially incorporating hip-hop and synth-pop influences, Ohgr utilized conventional structures and a lighter tone compared to Skinny Puppy. Their third album, Devils in My Details, was released in 2008, featuring collaborations with Bill Moseley. In 2011, they released their fourth studio album, unDeveloped. The band faced financial difficulties in 2017 due to issues with PledgeMusic during the promotion of their album TrickS, which was eventually released digitally in 2018.
