Velvet Acid Christ, an electro-industrial band from Denver, Colorado, was founded in 1990 by Bryan Erickson. In late 1994, they established the label Electric Death Trip Records to distribute their CDs within the USA. Their early albums Fate and Pestilence, released in 1994, featured hits like "Futile" and "Dead Flesh". The band's breakthrough came with the release of the compilation Church of Acid in 1996 through Off Beat, marking their entry into the European market. Following this, Velvet Acid Christ released several notable albums, including Calling Ov The Dead (1997), Fun With Knives (1999), Twisted Thought Generator (2000), and Dimension 8 (2020). Throughout their career, they collaborated with various artists such as Suicide Commando and toured extensively across Europe and the USA.
