Kim Person is an American contemporary gospel singer from Lumberton, North Carolina. She made a name for herself in 2019 with the album The Journey, which reached #2 on the Billboard gospel charts, followed in 2021 by the EP The Journey 2.0, which peaked at #7 on the Top 30. This included the track "Wonderful", performed as a duet with Phillip Bryant. Nominated three times for the Stellar Awards, Kim Person follows this up with the Speak Life and Live EP (2023), also a best-selling and best-listened gospel, featuring the track "Fall on Me" and nominated five times for the Stellar Awards. Voted Artist of the Year at the Avidity Awards in Memphis in 2022, the Raleigh, North Carolina-based singer released the album Reflections in 2025, including the homonymous track with Darnell "Showcase" Taylor on guitar. The album reaches number 11 in the gospel charts.
