Dilsinho is a singer and songwriter from Brazil. He was born Dilson Scher Neto on June 26 1992, in RÃo de Janeiro. Dilsinho started performing at age 13, playing with his cousin at bars and restaurants across Ilha do Governador. He started a band in 2009 named Para de Kaô, with whom he released the single âMaluca Pirada.â After the groupâs dissolution, Dilsinho recorded his debut album, produced by Bruno Cardoso and Leandro âLelêâ Oliveira. His self-titled full-length album was released in 2014, containing singles such as "Já Que Você Não Me Quer Mais" and "A Vingança." This was followed by the single âIf You Wantâ in 2015, and âThunderâ in 2016. Dilsinhoâs second album O Cara Certo was released in June of 2016. The live album #SML Fora da Curva was released the following year. Two years later, Dilsinho returned with the singles â12 Hoursâ and âIoiô,â the latter featuring singer Ivete Sangalo. In 2019, he released his second live album (and first live DVD) Neverland, which was certified Gold in Brazil. The album Garrafas e Bocas was announced in 2021, preceded by the single âPorre.â Each of the albumâs four parts was recorded in a different Rio de Janeiro neighborhood. In 2022, he joined Sorriso Maroto on the LP Juntos, with a live album arriving a few months later. In the following years, Dilsinho remained active through live releases such as Diferentão (2023) and Diferentão 2 (2024), recorded in Rio de Janeiro.
