Biography

Andrea Adams-Frey, born Andrea Adams in 1966 in Germany, is a singer known for her work in Christian pop and praise music. She initially worked in the secular music industry and collaborated with Xavier Naidoo on the musical Human Pacific in Mannheim. After struggling with addiction, she converted to Christianity in 1993 following an event organized by ProChrist. Adams-Frey then withdrew from the music scene to undergo therapy. Her return to performing came in 2000 at another ProChrist event, where she debuted her own songs. In 2001, she released her first solo album Aus der Tiefe (From the Depths), produced by her husband Albert Frey and published by Gerth Medien. Subsequent albums include collaborations with Frey such as Land der Ruhe (Land of Rest) in 2006 and Zuerst geliebt (Loved First) in 2008.
