Biography

Whole Wheat Bread is an American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 2003. The band initially consisted of Aaron Abraham on vocals and guitar, Nicholas Largen on bass, and Joseph Largen on drums. Their debut album, Minority Rules, was released in 2005 under Fighting Records and reached number 8 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart. The band toured extensively with acts such as MxPx and Reel Big Fish. In 2006, they released an EP titled Punk Life. Bassist Nicholas Largen was replaced by C.J. Randolph. Their second album, Hearts of Hoodlums, was released in 2009. In 2012, Whole Wheat Bread released a free collaboration EP with rapper Murs under the name The Invincibles. They released the EP titled Punk Life 2 in 2016.
