Biography

Mad Caddies are an American ska punk band from Solvang, California, formed in 1995. The ensemble was founded by Chuck Robertson, Sascha Lazor, Todd Rosenberg, and Carter Benson, initially performing under the name Cracked Macaroni. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style incorporating reggae, punk rock, and jazz. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording Quality Soft Core (1997), released through Honest Don's Records, before the group signed with the label Fat Wreck Chords. They have conducted tours across North America, Europe, Japan, and South America. Their recording career includes the studio recordings Dirty Rice (2014) and Punk Rocksteady (2018). Their discography includes the compilation Consentual Selections (2010) and the studio recording Arrows Room 117 (2024).
