Biography
The Spook School, a British four-piece indie pop band from Edinburgh, Scotland, formed in 2011. The group consisted of brothers Nye and Adam Todd, AC Cory, and Niall McCamley, who met while attending the University of Edinburgh. Their first single, "History"/"Hallam", was self-released in 2011. After signing with Fortuna Pop! in 2012, they released their debut album Dress Up in 2013, receiving positive reviews from critics. Their second album, Try to Be Hopeful, was issued in 2015 and also garnered favorable coverage. The band's third album, Could It Be Different?, was released in January 2018 and was long-listed for the Scottish Album of the Year Award. After announcing their breakup in March 2019, they went on a farewell tour with their last show at The Art School in Glasgow.
