The Skints, an English reggae punk band from London, formed in 2005 by school friends at Woodbridge High School. They began performing extensively across London's punk rock circuit before their first self-booked DIY tour in summer 2008. They then released Part and Parcel (2012), which included the singles "Ratatat" and "Up Against the Wall Riddim". In 2015, they released FM, which reached number 5 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart and number 7 on the UK Independent Albums Chart. The Skints have toured extensively across the UK, Europe, and the United States with groups like Gym Class Heroes, Reel Big Fish, and The Slackers. Their album Swimming Lessons (2019) debuted at Number 1 on the Billboard reggae chart in 2019.
