Biography
The Skalatones were a Swedish ska band formed in 1995 in Landskrona. Their debut album, By Public Demand, was released in 1997. The following year saw the release of two EPs: Mr Probation Officer and Ruder Than Roots. In 1998, they also compiled their best tracks into an album titled The Best Tracks So Far. Their second full-length album, Tune In..., was released in 1999. This led to the single "Anniversary Single 2YK" in 2000. The band disbanded in 2001.
