Biography
The Priscillas, an all-female British power-pop/glam/garage punk band from Holloway, North London, formed in November 2003. Their initial releases included the singles "Gonna Rip Up Your Photograph" and "All My Friends Are Zombies", along with the EP Aloha From Holloway in 2004. The band gained traction with radio play on stations like Radio 1, BBC 6Music, and Xfm. In August 2007, they released "Superhero" on Dirty Water Records, followed by the album 10,000 Volts in February 2009 on Nag's Head Records. The Priscillas toured extensively across the UK and Europe, performing at notable festivals such as Glastonbury and Bestival, and sharing stages with bands like The Cramps and The Damned.
