Biography
The Miscellaneous were an alternative rock band formed in the early 1990s by Stef Loy, Bo H, and Mangus Sjolander. They initially performed under the name Perry and the Poor Boys and released the debut studio album No Fear in Love (1992). After touring internationally, the ensemble returned to Sweden and added vocalist Sooi Groeneveld van der Laan, bassist Oyvind Eriksen, and organist Patric Jonasson. Under this configuration, they released the studio recording She Walks Alone With Me (1994), which featured the single âBlack Lips Saturdayâ (1994) and achieved airplay in Europe. After signing with the label Gray Dot Records, they issued the studio album All Good Weeds Grow Up (1998). Their discography includes the studio recording Moth & Rust (1999), which explored philosophical and spiritual themes based on the biblical passage Matthew 6:19-20.
