The Crüxshadows, an American dark wave and synthpop band, were formed in 1992 by Rogue, Sean Flanagan, and Tim Curry in Tallahassee, Florida. The group made their debut with Night Crawls In in 1993. In 1996, they released their second album Telemetry Of A Fallen Angel, which was later reissued and distributed by multiple labels including Dancing Ferret Discs. The band underwent significant lineup changes in 1997 when Flanagan and Curry left, leading Rogue to take over as the sole member for a period while continuing production and performance duties. Despite these challenges, The Crüxshadows continued releasing albums such as The Mystery Of The Whisper (1999) and Wishfire (2002). The band achieved major chart success with the single"Sophia," which reached Number 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Singles Sales chart in 2006.
