Biography
Sybris is an American indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 2003. They initially signed with Flameshovel Records and released their self-titled debut album Sybris (2005), followed by a national tour. Their second full-length album, Into the Trees (2008), was released on Absolutely Kosher. In 2009, their song "Breathe Like You're Dancing" featured in the movie According to Greta. Their lineup included Angela Mullenhour on vocals, Eric Mahle on drums, Phil Naumann on guitar, and Shaun Podgurski on bass and vocals.
