Biography

Sasquatch, a stoner rock band formed in 2000 in Philadelphia, was influenced by metal, rock, and psychedelic music, drawing inspiration from acts like Black Sabbath and Soundgarden. The original lineup included Keith Gibbs on guitar and vocals, Rick Ferrante on drums, and Clayton Charles on bass. In 2001, the band relocated to Los Angeles. Their debut album, Sasquatch, was released in 2004 under Small Stone Records. Following Clayton's departure in 2007, Jason Casanova joined as the new bassist. The band continued with subsequent albums, including II (2006), III (2010), and IV (2013). In 2017, Rick Ferrante was replaced by Craig Riggs on drums, marking a significant lineup change for the album Maneuvers. The band's discography also includes Fever Fantacy (2022).
