Samuel Strouk, born on November 14, 1980, in France, is a guitarist, musical arranger, artistic director, programmer, and composer. He graduated from the Paris Regional Conservatory and the Montpellier Regional Conservatory. Strouk's early career involved performing with French and foreign symphony orchestras such as L'Orchestre National d'Ile-de-France. His breakthrough came with Daniel Mille's album Cierra tus ojos (2014), where he contributed on arrangements, musical direction, and production. In 2017, he released his debut solo album, Silent Walk. Notable compositions include the double concerto Le Rêve de Maya, premiered in May 2016 at the TAP de Poitiers, and Ãgalité, inspired by José Asunción Silva's poem, created at the Opéra de Rennes in November 2017. Strouk has also directed musical projects like Trintignant Mille Piazzolla and adapted Leonard Bernstein's The Question Without an Answer for France Culture in 2018.
