Biography

Antonio FaraÃ² is an Italian multi-instrumentalist best known for his post-bop jazz performances, compositions and recordings. He was born in Rome to a jazz drummer father and artist mother; however, his major musical education came at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan where he studied under such Italian piano virtuosi as Adriano Giustina and Riccardo Risaliti. Following graduation, he began his professional career releasing his first album in 1998. From that point on he has worked with a wide variety of musicians from bass player Ira Coleman to rap legend, Snoop Dogg. His most recent album, 'Eklektik' was released in 2017.
