Sarah Ye-eun Lee, known professionally as Rei Ami, was born on May 25, 1995, in Seoul, South Korea. She is an American singer-songwriter and rapper who began her musical journey with piano and guitar, performing at church services from a young age. Rei Ami's breakthrough came with the release of her single "Snowcone" in 2019, which led to her signing with Visionary Records. Her debut mixtape Foil was released on June 25, 2021, featuring collaborations with artists like AminÃ© and Lolo ZouaÃ¯. Rei Ami gained significant recognition for her feature on Sub Urban's "Freak," which amassed over 290 million views on YouTube and three point five million videos on TikTok.
