Biography

Piero Esteriore, born Piero Esteriore on September 23, 1977 in Laufen, Switzerland, is a Swiss singer. He began playing the drums at age six and started his music career while pursuing an apprenticeship in hairdressing. In 2004, Esteriore participated in the first season of MusicStar on SF DRS, finishing third. That same year, he represented Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest with "Celebrate," which received no points and finished last in the semi-final. His debut album, 1 Secondo, reached number 3 on the Schweizer Hitparade in January 2005. Esteriore's subsequent albums include Io Vivo (2007), Mondo (2012), and Zwei2Due (2016). He also appeared on reality shows such as Big Brother in Germany and Das Supertalent.
