M-Phazes is an Australian music producer born as Mark Landon on 1 February 1983. Based in Los Angeles, he achieved professional recognition in 2008 after winning the 'One Stop Shop' beat battle in Phoenix, Arizona, which led to production work for the artist Amerie. He contributed to the Bliss n Eso studio recordings Flying Colours (2008) and Running On Air (2010), which reached gold and platinum sales respectively. He signed with the labels Mushroom Records and Obese Records and released his debut studio album, Good Gracious (2010), which won the ARIA Award for Best Urban Album. In 2013, he signed a worldwide publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group and produced the track âBad Guyâ (2013) for the Eminem studio recording The Marshall Mathers LP 2 (2013). The album received the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album in 2015. His discography includes production and writing credits for artists including Logic, Demi Lovato, Madonna, Kehlani, Zara Larsson, and Amy Shark. He received the ARIA Award for Producer of the Year in 2018.
