Biography

Modern Juice, a Korean modern rock band, was formed in 2004. The group initially consisted of producer/composer Minuk (Minuki), guitarist Da-un, and vocalist Geo (real name: Son Hyunjeong). They debuted with the album A Kiss At The End Of Rainbow on November 9, 2004, which featured the melancholic track "Bus Stop". In 2005, Modern Juice released the upbeat J-pop styled song "Can We Start Loving?", which was included in the soundtrack of the film Jenny, Juno. Down left the band in 2007. Geo began a solo career under the name Miru in 2008. Their debut album, A Kiss At The End Of Rainbow, entered Bugs' Top 100 Rock/Metal albums chart at rank 61 on the week of September 22, 2025, 21 years after its release.
