Biography
Martha Denise Stallings, known as Martha Munizzi, was born in 1968 in Lakeland, Florida. She is an American Christian music singer, songwriter, author, and pastor. She began performing at age eight and helped form the praise band Testament. Her debut album Say the Name was released in 2002. Her subsequent albums The Best Is Yet to Come (2003) and When He Came (2004) were successful, with the latter reaching number 5 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. In 2005 she signed a distribution deal with Integrity Media. Her album No Limits: Live (2006) debuted at number 1 on the Top Gospel Charts and remained there for 6 weeks. Other notable releases include Change the World (2008), Make It Loud (2011), and Best Days (2021). She has ministered with CeCe Winans. Her work earned multiple Dove and Stellar Award nominations and a Grammy nomination.
