Let's Wrestle was an English indie rock and lo-fi ensemble formed in 2005 in London. The group consisted of Wesley Patrick Gonzalez, Mike Hankin, and Louis Scase. The band released its debut recording, âSong for ABBA Tribute Bandâ, on Marquis Cha Cha Records in 2007. After signing to Stolen Recordings in 2008, the ensemble released the EP In Loving Memory Of... and the studio album In the Court of the Wrestling Let's (2009). The group's second album, Nursing Home, appeared in 2011 through Merge Records. The ensemble released an eponymous studio album in 2014. Following a hiatus, the band disbanded in May 2015 after a final performance in London. Gonzalez subsequently began a solo career, releasing the recording âCome Through and See Meâ in November 2015 and appearing on the program Marc Riley on BBC 6 Music.
