Biography

Jasmine Rae is an Australian singer-songwriter known for her work in country, blues, and soul music. Her career began with a win at the Telstra Road to Tamworth competition in 2008, leading to a recording contract with ABC Music and a performance at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville. That year, she released her debut album Look It Up, which included the title track "Look It Up" later covered by Ashton Shepherd. Rae's subsequent albums include Listen Here (2011), If I Want To (2013), Heartbeat (2015), and Lion Side (2020). Notable achievements include winning two CMC Music Awards, being nominated for four ARIA Music Awards, and receiving the Global Artist of the Year award by the US Country Music Association in 2013.
