Aaron Ronald Pritchett, born on August 2, 1970, in Canada, is a country music singer. He began his career as a DJ at Rooster's Country Cabaret bar in Pitt Meadows, BC, and played in a house band performing cover tunes. In 2001, Pritchett won the Project Discovery singing contest sponsored by CMT, which included $10,000 cash to record his first album Consider This (2002). His subsequent albums include Big Wheel (2006), featuring the single "Hold My Beer", which won Songwriter(s) of the Year at the 2007 Canadian Country Music Awards. In 2008, Pritchett was signed to 604 Records and released his album Thankful. He toured Western Canada with Toby Keith and Jessie Farrell. In June 2016, he released the album The Score, which commemorated his 20th year recording music. The lead single "Dirt Road in 'Em" reached number 6 on the charts.
