Indukti, a progressive metal band from Poland, was formed in 2000 as an offshoot of the group Vein. The band's members are highly trained musicians with backgrounds in classical music and various other projects. Indukti released their debut album S.U.S.A.R. in September 2004, initially in Poland and then worldwide on September 6, 2005. In early 2008, the band announced they would begin recording their second studio album, Idmen, which was released in 2009. Notable members include Wawrzyniec Dramowicz, who graduated from McGill University and is a member of the Philharmonieorchesters Poland, and Ewa Jabłońska, a violinist who has been part of several Polish bands including Kokszoman and Halucyna.
