DJ Hatcha is a British dubstep musician and producer born as Terry Leonard in Croydon. He achieved professional recognition as a manager of the Big Apple record store, where he mentored producers including Skream and Benga. He performed as a DJ on Rinse FM and Kiss FM, contributing to the popularization of the dubstep genre. His recording career includes the compilation Dubstep Allstars Vol. 1 (2004). His discography includes the tracks "Bashment" (2001), "Dub Express" (2003), and "10 Tons Heavy" (2006). He also issued the recordings "Just a Rift" (2008) and "Chillz" (2008).
