Caleb Mueller, known professionally as Decomposure, is a Canadian electronic music musician. His career began with the release of uodsn: Sound Rearranged in 2002. In 2004, he made his full-length debut with Taking Things Apart, released on Unschooled Records. This album featured experimental songs built from electronically deconstructed sounds sourced from various materials. The following year, Decomposure released At Home and Unaffected, which showcased a new direction toward instrumentation and vocals using sounds recorded from his apartment. After the collapse of Unschooled Records in 2007, he founded Blank Squirrel Musics and released several albums, including Vertical Lines A and Humidity Patient Guide (2008). In 2012, Decomposure began a weekly podcast series, releasing songs that were later compiled into albums such as Eating Chicken and Drinking Gravy. He also collaborated with other musicians, featuring on productions by Sole, Man Mantis, and DJ Pain 1.
