Biography
Crew 7, a German dance project originally consisting of Dirk Waldt and Michel Diederiks, was formed in England in 2006. The duo gained recognition with cover versions of 1980s hits, notably "Eye of the Tiger", which reached number three on the Deutsche DJ Playlist (DDP) and remained in the top ten for eight months. Following Diederiks' departure in 2009, Frank Eikam joined the project. Notable releases include "Shawty Wanna Ride" and "Give Into The Bass". Crew 7 continued to release albums such as Revolution EDM (2014) and House Generation (2018), featuring covers of popular songs like "No Diggity" by BLACKstreet. Their cover of Madonna's "Like a Prayer" reached the top ten in Austria and Germany. Throughout their career, Crew 7 has produced numerous remixes for artists including R.I.O., Alex C, and Kate Ryan.
