Biography

Armageddon Dildos, an electro-industrial duo from Germany, was formed in 1988 in Kassel by Uwe Kanka and Dirk Krause. Their early releases included the single "East West" (1990) and their debut album That’s Armageddon (1991). The band's breakthrough came with the release of "Homicidal Maniac", after which they signed with Sire Records. They toured across Europe and the US, including performances at the New Music Seminar in New York City. Notable releases include the albums Lost (1994) and Speed (1997). In 2000, Krause left the group, and Kanka continued solo, releasing albums such as Morgengrauen (2003) and Sangreal (2005). In 2011, Armageddon Dildos released Untergrund, followed by Dystopia (2020), which included the single "Heut Nacht".
