Adam Momodou Eriksson Taal, also known as Adam Tensta, born on August 1, 1983, in Stockholm, Sweden, is a rapper and singer of Gambian and Finnish descent. His career began with the release of his debut album, It's a Tensta Thing, in 2007, which topped the Swedish charts and won the 2008 Grammis Award for Best Dance/Hip Hop/Soul album. The album featured notable singles such as "My Cool", which was featured in the video game, NBA 2K10. Adam Tensta signed to the Swedish label RMH, Respect My Hustle. His subsequent releases include "Ok Wow" in 2010 and "Scared of The Dark" in 2011.
