Peter-Paul Pigmans, known professionally as 3 Steps Ahead, was born on January 31, 1961, in Berkel-Enschot, Netherlands. He began his career as a DJ and producer in the early hardcore genre. In 1994, he released his first albums Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3. Pigmans gained significant attention with tracks like "Crazy" and "Drop It". His album Most Wanted & Mad reached number 35 in the Dutch charts. He passed away on August 27, 2003.
