Biography
The Republic Tigers, an American alternative rock band, was formed in Kansas City, Missouri by Kenn Jankowski and Adam McGill. The group initially gained traction with their self-titled EP released in December 2007. Their debut full-length album, Keep Color, released in May 2008, featured notable singles such as "Buildings & Mountains" and "Fight Song". The band's first overseas tour followed later that year with Travis. In 2011, they released the EP No Landâs Man exclusively at indie record stores nationwide in celebration of Record Store Day. Their second full-length album, Mind Over Matter, was initially planned for release in 2012 but was delayed until June 2020 due to legal issues. The Republic Tigers' music has been featured on several prime-time network television shows, including Grey's Anatomy and Gossip Girl.
