Biography
Sweet Billy Pilgrim is an English band formed in 2003 in Buckinghamshire by Tim Elsenburg, Anthony Bishop, and Alistair Hamer, with singer Jana Carpenter joining later. Their early releases included the EP Stars Spill Out of Our Cups (2004), followed by their debut album We Just Did What Happened and No One Came (2005), which received critical acclaim. The bandâs second album, Twice Born Men (2009), further established their reputation in the UK alternative scene. After signing with Kscope, they released Motorcade Amnesiacs in 2015.
