Biography
Steam Powered Giraffe, a steampunk musical comedy project, was formed in San Diego, United States of America, in 2008 by Isabella "Bunny" Bennett and David Michael Bennett. The siblings, who were students in theatre at the time, were inspired to create the group after seeing their mime professor perform as a robot. In October 2009, they released their debut album Album One, which included the single "On Top of the Universe". Their second album, The 2¢ Show, was released in May 2012. The group's music blends folk rock with theatrical elements and has been featured on various steampunk radio stations worldwide. In September 2014, they released their third album, Mk III. They went to produce and release other albums such as Quintessential and 1896.
