Speedknot Mobstaz is an American hip hop ensemble from Chicago established in 1994. The group consists of the musicians Liffy Stokes and Mayz. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized by hip hop and gangsta rap. The ensemble was founded by the musician Twista. They achieved professional recognition for performing on the studio recording Resurrection (1994) by Twista. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording Mobstability (1998) released on the label Atlantic Records.
