Biography
Solarkreis is an eight-member Austrian pop band from Graz, founded in 2015 by brothers Hartmut and Bertram Pollhammer along with Michael Fritz. The trio had previously collaborated as part of Irie Rocker Allstars. Solarkreis released their debut single "Kumm Mit Kumm Aussi" in 2015, which peaked at number 28 on the Austrian Singlecharts. Their second single "Vergiss Mein Nicht" followed in 2015 and reached number 27. The band's third single "Fliagn" was released in 2016 and held a position in Austriaâs sales charts for five weeks. In 2018, Solarkreis achieved gold status with the single "Fliagn". Their first album Fliagn was released in 2018. The band's second album Immer Dabei, featuring the hit single "Geh Manuela", was released in 2023.
