Alexander James Dezen, known as Alex Dezen, was born in New York City and is a singer. He began his music career with a series of four solo EPs titled The Bedhead EPs, released throughout 2014. His self-titled debut solo album, Alex Dezen, was released on February 12, 2016, followed by a 9-hour free internet concert featuring acoustic versions of his songs from both his solo career and with The Damnwells. Dezen's second solo album, II, was announced in 2016 and released through a PledgeMusic campaign. He has also written and produced for numerous artists including Justin Bieber, Robin Thicke, JoJo, Matt Hires, Court Yard Hounds, The Veronicas, and others.
