Biography

Onirama, a Greek pop-rock band, was formed in October 2000 in Thessaloniki by Thodoris Marantinis and Dionisis Prantzis during their military service. Their first live performance took place at club Mesogios under the name "Mixing Up The Medicine." In 2003, Christos Tresintsis joined, and they renamed themselves Onirama. In 2005, Onirama signed with Lyra Records and released their debut album Δύσκολος Καιρός Για Πρίγκιπες, featuring hit singles "Ο Χορός (Κλείσε Τα Μάτια)" and "Μια Μέρα Θα 'ρθεις". They were nominated for "Best Pop Band" at the 5th Arion Music Awards in March 2006. In June 2008, their second album Κλεψύδρα reached Number 1 on the IFPI charts and was certified gold, including hits like "Η Μπαλάντα Του Τρελού".
