Nadja Theresa Richter, known professionally as Nadeshda Brennicke, was born on April 21, 1973, in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. She is primarily recognized as an actress but also has a notable career in music. In 1992, Brennicke formed the singing duo Charade with Jennifer Wippich, produced by Stefan Zauner and Aron Strobel of Münchener Freiheit. Their singles "All of You" and "The Colour of Your Eyes" reached positions number 67 and number 60 on the German sales charts, respectively. In addition to her acting roles, Brennicke has composed and performed her own songs, notably in the Polizeiruf-110 episode "Silikon Walli" and the film Antikörper. She also contributed spoken word pieces to the album Glücklich hier, Six Takes, which featured electronic music and literature.
