Biography
Mittekill was a German electro, synth-pop, and rock band from Berlin consisting of Friedrich Greiling and Jan Hohmann. The duo initially gained attention with their debut album Stringenz des Wahnsinns, released in 2007. Their second album, You Are Home (2009), received critical acclaim, notably being named Album of the Week by ByteFM in May 2009 and featured in two episodes of NDR Info's "Nachtclub" music show. Mittekill continued to release albums including All But Bored, Weak and Old (2012) and The Assembled Society (2016). Mittekill's music received notable reviews from publications such as taz, Tagesspiegel, tip, zitty, and Rolling Stone.
