Biography
Virna Lindt is a Swedish synth-pop and pop singer and record producer from Stockholm. Lindt released her debut single, âAttention Stockholmâ, in 1982, which became an indie-chart hit. Working with writer and producer Tot Taylor, Lindt released two studio albums on the Compact Organization label: Shiver (1983) and Play/Record (1985). These recordings, incorporating pop and experimental influences, were later reissued on CD by LTM. Lindt resumed musical activity in 2019 with the release of âAvant-garde Pts 1 & 2â and the 2021 single âOnceâ. In 2025, Lindt released her third studio album, Danube. Her musical style is characterized by a combination of soundtrack and new wave influences.
