Biography
Minisex, a German band formed in 1978, was part of the Neue Deutsche Welle movement. Initially singing in English, they later transitioned to German. Their debut LP, Minisex, was released in 1980. Two years later, their second album, Bikini Atoll, featured the hit single "Du kleiner Spion", which peaked at number 8 on the Ã3-Hitparade. They performed at the Ãsterreichischen Rocktagen and had notable songs like "Rudi, gib Acht" and "Ich fahre mit dem Auto". The band disbanded in 1990 but reunited in 2009 for a benefit concert with Mondscheiner. Their comeback album Reduziert was released in 2014.
